About Working Memory

Working Memory (WM) is the ability to store and manage information in one’s mind for a short period of time. Working Memory is a crucial brain function that we use to focus our attention and control our thinking.

Working Memory capacity can be improved by participating in in visual memory games.

Online brain games can be used to exercise many different mental abilities.
